All reservations must be canceled by 4 p.m. 1-day prior to arrival date to avoid penalty charge.

Guarantee Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

The Avon Old Farms Hotel assesses a $10 per night per room taxable facilities fee separate from our nightly room rate.
Special group or corporate rates may be exempt.
Must be 21 or older to reserve a room Facility Fee $10/ night taxable facility fee charged at the property upon checkout.

Family plan - Children 18 and under stay free in parents room using existing bedding.
Pet policy - Pets are allowed in certain rooms. Pet fee $20/night. Please call the front desk directly for details. Rates are subject to change.
