Once you book your wedding date, finding a caterer is most likely your next big decision as we are strictly a site rental. It is up to you to find a caterer and caterers are required to leave our facility the way they found it and leave the property free of waste and litter. You will also need to contact any other vendors such as a DJ or photographer.
Discounted rates on hotel rooms are available for couples who book our facility. Please contact our sales department for further information or to set up a tour.
Pricing details and what is Included:
Our site rental starts at $4,000 and includes:
- Use of our 20 x 50 tent
- Use of the Towpath ballroom, glass terrace and patio
- The gardens for your ceremony
- The use of lawn area for cocktail hour as well as any games you’d like to set up
- All tables – 60” round, 8’ banquet, sweetheart, high tops for cocktail hour and 150+ chairs
- Catering kitchen is available
- Electricity in the gardens
- Adirondack chairs and fire pits
- Perimeter bistro lighting in tent
- Designated parking area
- Staff member always on site
- Dance floor
Ceremony set-up can be added for an additional $500.
